How are Payments processed in Chegg TBS?

Payments are processed through NEFT Bank transfer in two different payment cycles for the solutions submitted in the previous month.


For Example: Any solutions submitted by an expert between 1st to 31st of a month and if those solutions are successfully accepted at QC will be eligible for payment. 


Payment cycle-I

In this cycle, payment is released to the solutions that are accepted at quality check stage in first attempt and payment will be done between 10th to 15th of every month.


Payment cycle-II
Payment is released for reworked solutions that are rejected more than once and then accepted at quality check stage between the 15th and 20th of every month.

​Note : At times we re-allocate the rejected solutions to new experts that are skipped/not reattempted by other experts. Such solutions also fall under the 2nd payment cycle along with rejected solutions
